Dr. Cameron Smith
Dr. Smith’s passion is rooted in a patient-centered approach. He believes that improving your oral health can positively affect your everyday lifestyle.
His skills extend beyond his education, where he served as president of his dental class, received the Dean’s Award for Excellence, and presented at Bicon implant courses. His professional and life experiences set him apart from other healthcare providers, with his fluency in Italian, mission work in Italy, ownership of a private dental practice, and teaching dentistry at the Midwestern University Dental School Clinic.
In his free time, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He loves being outdoors, hiking, and participating in obstacle course racing.

- Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal (MOVSM) – awarded for efforts after Hurricane Florence in 2018 while serving active duty in the US. Navy.
- Dean’s Clinician Award – Michael also received the Deans Clinician Award in dental school. This award represents the outstanding efforts of a fourth-year dental student in utilizing time, talents, and abilities to be placed at the top of the class in clinical skills and accomplishments through comprehensive patient care.
- Academy of Osseointegration being recognized as the 2016 Outstanding Dental Student in Implant Dentistry Award.
